BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU - SUBMISSION TRANSITIONS:  This is a great transition series from the armbar, to the Oma Plata, to finish with the triangle choke.  Sensei Rusk (in the white gi) first attempts to get an armbar (to break the right arm at the elbow) on Sensei Wesner (in the black gi).  Sensei Wesner sees this and pulls his right arm out.  As soon as he does, Sensei Rusk grabs Sensei Wesner's left arm and moves in for a shoulder lock called the Oma Plata.  Sensei Wesner also sees this attempt and begins to sit up out of the lock and Sensei Rusk then goes for a triangle choke to finish the series.  Pay close attention to the photos for the submissions.
