ICE THROW FOLLOWED WITH A CROSS ARMBAR:
Use a V-Step and block to the outside as your opponent throws
a punch. When blocking with both hands, make sure your left
hand is blocking directly above their elbow. This will
prevent them from folding their arm and elbow striking you in the
face as you step in to grab their throat. After you grab
their throat, pull them off balance, and kick out their leg.
As they are falling down, place their head between your legs.
Pull everything together as you sit back for the straight armbar,
remember, always break the arm towards the pinky!!!
