DESCRIPTION: Always perform the kick in order of the weak kick and then the strong kick for that specific technique.  I will list them here.  With the front kick, the front leg is the weak, and the back leg is the strong with the rotation of the hip.  The roundhouse follows the same pattern with the front leg being the weak and the back leg being the strong kick.  The hook kick is just the reverse, the back leg is weak with the front leg being the stronger of the two hook kicks.

FRONT KICK: 1. FRONT KICK: 2.  Hit with the ball of your foot when performing a front kick, curl toes up.
ROUNDHOUSE: 1. ROUNDHOUSE: 2.  Hit with the top of your foot when performing a roundhouse kick.
HOOK KICK: 1. HOOK KICK: 2.  With a hook kick, you can strike with the front part of the bottom of your foot, or strike with the heel.  Striking with the heel has more power for the hook kick.
