*** PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS ***

DESCRIPTION: Block low and blend to the outside and lever attackers triceps against your ribs.  After he steps, cross center line and apply lock.  Finish with a bent arm with knee pressure.  Use a 3 step pattern.  If you are performing the technique right handed, step back with your right leg, then up with your right leg and back with your left leg to finish the lock.  This technique is an inside wrist lock with movement.

1.  Attacker pushes low with right hand.  This photo shows a right handed technique.  Block low with your right hand. 2.  This is the first step (back) with the right leg.  Look at the placement of the left hand, and make sure your shoulder is by their shoulder in order to use your whole body to move them.
3.  This isn't really a step, I just wanted to show you where the thumbs need to be located (on the hand) to perform an inside wrist lock effectively. 4.  This is the second step up with the right leg as you cross the opponents center line and begin to turn the hand to do the inside wrist lock.
5.  Again, this is not a step, I just wanted to show you what the inside wrist lock should look like when it is turned up. 6.  The third step back is with your left leg to throw your opponent down and line up your right knee to put pressure on their bent arm while you are pushing the wrist down.
