6th Dan, Yoshin Ryu Jujitsu
Officer Sean Mazzarella, Master Instructor, Yoshin Ryu Jujitsu 6th Dan, Senior Master Instructor Hapkido 6th Dan, Master Instructor, Tai Chi Ch'uan Yang Style, 7th Dan Master Instructor Taekwondo, Certified USA Wrestling Coach, Head Instructor, National Police Jujitsu, Connecticut, 26 years experience.

Ofc. Mazz has been in martial arts since he was a child.  Studying various styles and eventually achieving master status, he changed his career from dojo owner to Police Officer in late 2005.  Police work being as demanding as it is, Ofc. Mazz has had to give up professional teaching, but, has since started a non-profit jujitsu club for law enforcement only.  The club's main focus is Yoshin Ryu Jujitsu as taught by Ofc. Mazz's teacher, Grandmaster Jeffrey Moore, but, it also has the flavor of Ofc. Mazz's years of experience in martial arts, including grappling, weapons, law enforcements techniques, striking, and Taekwondo style stand up sparring. Currently the club membership is only about 8-10 members strong.  This is due to the fact that the club does no advertising, does not recruit new members, and is selective to whom participates.  Prospective members must be law enforcement, want to be involved in learning traditional martial arts, and be serious about life-long practice.
